Welcome to Tanneron, the beautiful villa Mimosa will welcome you for a vacation with family or friends in our beautiful village which is full of beautiful things to see. You'll enjoy the calm of the countryside, the sun of the Côte d'Azur and the magnificent Estérel massif.

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
A suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower
A 2nd bedroom with a double bed
A 3rd bedroom with a double bed
A 4th bedroom with two single beds (ideal for children)
2 nd shower room
A large living room with TV area and dining area, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a covered terrace with table and chairs.

Outside:
You'll enjoy a totally private swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs and a covered terrace, ideal for barbecue days facing the Estérel massif, as well as a pétanque court in the property's immense garden of over 2000m2, a play and relaxation area for young and old.

PASSENGER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, you will be able to check in online via a link we will send you once your reservation has been confirmed. You will then have access to a digital welcome booklet which will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay. You'll find all the information you need on arrival procedures, how the accommodation works, useful addresses and much more.

DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be required at the time of booking, depending on the platform you choose to use to reserve our accommodation.
