The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer offers this charming 70 m² house for rent, about 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 70 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace
- 20 m² veranda with table and 8 chairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 70 m² enclosed courtyard with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
