The house is ideally located in Quimperlé, in a very pleasant environment, with the living rooms opening onto the garden facing south. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Equestrian center 10 minutes away by car.
- Canoeing center 10 minutes away by car.
- A large state forest 3 minutes away by car also accessible by bike if you bring your bikes.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (three vehicles).

- Quimperlé train station about 8 minutes away by car, Lorient train station about 22 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Brest airport, about 1h20 by car
