In a quiet location just a few hundred meters from the lake, discover this modern semi-detached house with garden.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully-equipped house is perfect for your family vacation on the shores of Lake Annecy.
You can reach the Doussard municipal beach in 2/3 minutes by car, and the Angon beach in 5 minutes.
The nature reserve at the end of the lake is close by for your digestive walks!
The cycle path is also just a few hundred meters away.

Accommodation :
The first floor comprises the living room, opening onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet and a small garage ideal for storing your bikes or a small car.
Upstairs you'll find the 4 bedrooms, all with 160cm beds and storage space. (one has its own shower room), separate toilet and bathroom.
Two cars can be parked in front of the house, and a shared parking lot is just 100m away.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Linen is provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
