This two-story house can accommodate up to 8 people.

Located in a neighborhood close to Les Sables d'Olonne train station and all the amenities of the city (Port Olona, city center, train station, large beach), modern and well-equipped, this house will welcome you in complete serenity for good times with family or friends!

You can enjoy a beautiful living-dining area, equipped with a sofa, poufs, coffee table, TV, WiFi, and a dining table with 8 chairs, ideal for good meals or evenings conducive to board games!
With an open and fully equipped kitchen, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker (Nespresso)...
A second lounge is at your disposal where you will find a sofa bed (160) opening onto the terrace at the rear of the house. Separate toilet.

For the night, on the ground floor, you will have a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower, two sinks with storage unit, towel warmer, and hairdryer. Upstairs, you will find two beautiful master suites with a 140 cm bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower, a vanity unit with storage, a hairdryer, and a towel warmer.
Your little ones will have everything they need for a good night's sleep, including a cot and a co-sleeping bed.
Separate toilet on the landing.

The exterior consists of a small garden and two terraces, one in front of the house facing south, with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy your stay: garden furniture, parasol, and a plancha, ideal for your barbecue evenings. A second terrace, quiet, at the back of the house, to relax after a day at the beach and sip an aperitif.

To complete this property, on the ground floor, you will have a laundry area equipped with a washer dryer.

You can easily park, you will have two private parking spaces in front of the house and free parking on the street.

7 minutes by bike from the city center, the large beach, and Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF train station. A 12-minute walk from the Vendée Globe departure pontoon.
