It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4) and a single bed
- A games and relaxation area
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely south-facing 300 m² enclosed garden
- A 35 m² terrace open to the living room, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park in front of the garage (up to 2 vehicles). Bikes can be stored in the garage, which doubles as a laundry room.

- Nearest airport: Saint-Nazaire 53 km (50 min by car)
