The south-southwest-facing living room is bathed in natural light thanks to two large bay windows that illuminate the space throughout the day. Equipped with air-conditioning and heating for comfort, it features a 3/4-seater sofa bed in linen, which folds out into a 160x190 cm bed, accompanied by an armchair and a restored antique coffee table. This space is ideal for relaxing, enjoying an aperitif or watching a film on the Samsung The Frame TV. At the entrance, a masonry arrangement offers a practical bench for taking off your shoes and storing your belongings. Next door, a bespoke wooden desk creates a workspace for one or two people, perfect for those who want to stay productive.

The kitchen, open to the living room, combines aesthetics and functionality thanks to its masonry construction, enhanced by waxed concrete, terracotta tiles and wooden doors. High-quality Siemens brand equipment is fully integrated, including oven, microwave, induction hob with hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
To enhance your meals, you'll find a complete set of tableware, including crockery and glassware to suit every taste, from large wine glasses to cocktail glasses. Meals can be shared around an authentic, renovated old wooden farmhouse table, seating 4 to 6 people, perfect for enjoying your simmered dishes or simply savoring a cup of coffee or tea.

Wake up in one of the two bedrooms equipped with top-of-the-range Epeda bedding, which combines pocket-spring technology and memory foam to promise a deeply restorative sleep. Each room is also equipped with its own heater for winter and Dreo fan for summer. The master bedroom, spacious and bathed in morning light thanks to its southeast orientation, features a 160x200 cm Queen-size bed, accompanied by a masonry dressing room with wooden shelves and two bedside tables with rattan lamps. The second, more intimate, south-facing bedroom also benefits from plenty of light, and is equipped with a 140x190 cm double bed, rough-hewn wooden bedside tables, papier-mâché lighting, a functional desk and a dressing room. Waking up to the gentle chirping of birds, particularly vibrant from spring to summer, adds a touch of natural magic to your stay.

The shower room, entirely masonry and finished in waxed concrete, creates an authentic atmosphere. Enjoy a revitalizing experience in the walk-in shower, equipped with relaxing jets thanks to innovative Grohe SmartControl technology. It includes a basin fitted with an elegant wall-mounted mixer tap, a large mirror, practical storage and a towel dryer.
You'll also find a hairdryer, iron and ironing board at your disposal. What's more, a 160 cm high wall-mounted mirror in the hallway lets you see the whole of yourself.

Outside Villa Oliveda, you'll also find a table with six chairs and an electric plancha, perfect for al fresco dining. For your relaxation, Relax Zéro Gravité armchairs and multi-position folding deckchairs by Lafuma Mobilier are available, ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

Make the most of the communal areas during the day, such as the swimming pool, which is open in season and optimized by a bubble cover to raise the temperature, with sun loungers and a pétanque court for relaxing moments under the Provencal sun. The pool, measuring 6.50 m by 3.40 m with a 1 m to 1.60 m sloping floor, is bromine-treated for irritation-free comfort. These areas are shared exclusively with the owners, who make every effort to remain discreet to preserve your privacy as much as possible.

The accommodation is ideally located in the hamlet of La Gravière, just 1.6 km from the center of the village of Lourmarin, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Just a 15-20 minute walk or 3-minute drive will take you to this picturesque village nestled at the foot of the Luberon mountains. Lourmarin's rich cultural heritage has inspired many famous authors.

Let yourself be enchanted by Lourmarin's unique atmosphere, an invitation to explore and savor the gentle Provencal way of life.

Access to the villa is easy for people with reduced mobility, with parking directly on the property and a convenient ramp. The interior is designed for accessibility, with no door thresholds and wide passageways in all spaces except the smallest bedroom. For extra support, the toilet is equipped with an angled grab bar and the shower room includes a curved shower stool.

For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. On arrival, you'll also find coffee pods, tea bags and kitchen essentials to get your stay off to a pleasant start.
In addition, a cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request via the check-in form.

The villa was designed by Aurore Timon, a daring young interior architect driven by the ambition to create a space that is both warm and authentic. She pays particular attention to the harmony between spaces, materials and colors, while focusing on the experience of travelers and their specific needs, thus offering a practical and aesthetic setting.

When it comes to technology, the accommodation is equipped with the latest innovations for optimum comfort. The ultra-fast fiber optic internet connection with WiFi 6 and Ethernet sockets meets all your digital needs. Relax in front of a 75-inch QLED 4K TV, complemented by a sound bar and streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video.
The ambience is fully modulable thanks to Philips Hue lights and remote-controlled roller shutters. The rooms are equipped with USB and USB-C sockets for easy recharging of your devices. All this home automation equipment can be easily controlled via tablets.

The villa's environmental commitment is reinforced by the use of energy-saving technologies, including reinforced insulation and an Atlantic reversible heat pump in the living room, which ensure optimum comfort while limiting energy consumption. In addition, the villa's bioclimatic manager automatically regulates the roller shutters and the heating and cooling system according to indoor temperature, sunshine and outdoor temperature, guaranteeing constant comfort and optimum natural light all year round.
