The villa is located in the beautiful village of Le Barcarès, in the private residence La Pinede. It has its own car park and communal swimming pool. There are plenty of activities to do here, as well as a multitude of restaurants and, of course, the sea at your fingertips.

Remarks

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
