South-facing, the mobile home comprises :
- one bedroom with double bed and closet ;
- a bedroom with two single beds and cupboard;
- a functional shower room ;
- a separate toilet;
- a fully-equipped kitchen ;
- dining area with table and chairs;
- living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate the 18 m2 terrace with garden furniture and parasol, and the fact that it's not overlooked.
There's also a small garden with a garden shed (bike storage possible) + recliners for relaxing moments.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: 2 parking spaces, free Wifi, double-glazing, TV, Steam ironer, Hair dryer, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, Electric barbecue, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation is located in a secure campsite with a large swimming pool open from May to mid-September, heated from July to mid-September, a tennis court, a boules pitch and a ping-pong table.

The town center is just a 5-minute drive away, where you'll find everything you need (shops, bars and restaurants).

Location
Dinard is a French commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department, in the Brittany region. It's a seaside resort renowned, particularly among Britons and Americans, for its Belle Époque villas and the British Film Festival, which has been held here every year since the 1990s, as well as many other events!
