In the commune of La Seyne-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 155 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, approx. 400 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features an attractive living room with functional fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a sleeping area and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a 750 m² garden! Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- A private heated swimming pool (4m/8m), open from June 1 to September 30, protected by a cover and security alarm.

- A 30m² terrace at the back of the house with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in La Seyne-sur-Mer. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- For culture lovers, you can visit the Villa Tamaris Art Center and Notre Dame du Mai.
- Explore the coastal path, accessible from all the beaches of La Verne, Vernette and Fabregas.
- Enjoy the Sablettes market every evening from July to August.
- Treat yourself to massages, spa treatments and enjoy the hammam at the Grand Spa des Sablettes.

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 vehicles).
