The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 50 m² house in Plancoët which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden, facing south-east
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

- Accommodation located approximately 10 minutes from the sea and the town of Dinan.
- Possibility of canoeing and kayaking trips to discover the countryside and wildlife from the centre of the village.
- Bobital Festival
- Festival of the ramparts in Dinan
- Route du rock festival in the Saint-Malo area
- Route du rhum every 4 years

The house is ideally located in Plancoët, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
