- A second 15 m² terrace at the rear of the house
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden, enclosed and private

The house is ideally located in Le Château-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Marais aux oiseaux 5 minutes' drive away
- Verbois beach 10 minutes' drive away
- Visit the fortified castle, its beaches and its market 10 minutes by car
- Visit Saint Trojan, its village, forest and beaches 15 minutes away by car

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
