With its 4.5 km of unspoilt sandy coastline stretching from the arm of the River Adour to the Pointe du Cap St-Martin, and its 230 hectares of pine forests, Anglet is an ideal playground for lovers of wide open spaces and contrasting landscapes.

GROUND FLOOR OVERLOOKING TWO TERRACES

A large entrance hall leads to a lovely, light-filled living space: lounge with sofa and coffee table, plus wall-mounted TV for relaxing evenings, open-plan kitchen with dining area leading directly onto the first, east-facing terrace.

For meals, a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking regional produce, and a dining area opening onto the terrace with table and chairs for breakfast.

On the pool side, you'll find a pleasant covered summer kitchen (fridge - mini dishwasher - sink - plancha - storage and all outdoor cooking utensils) with its covered dining area, comfortable armchairs and deckchairs.

Spacious Bedroom 1 opens directly onto the outside and the sunny view of the pool, and is equipped with a small desk and a shower room.
Comfortable 140 x 190 bed, storage space.

Children's bedroom 2, 90 x 190 bed, storage space.

For your convenience, a washing machine and drying rack are available in the laundry room.

SLEEPING AREA UPSTAIRS

The sleeping area comprises 3 spacious bedrooms.
Upstairs air-conditioning ensures optimum comfort throughout your stay.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed.

They all have storage space at your disposal.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, two basins with cupboards and toilet.

PARKING

A secure entrance provides ample parking for two vehicles. Two outdoor parking spaces are also available.

Access

Travelers will have access to the whole house except for one room and the garage reserved for the owner to store his personal belongings.
