- a well planted garden.

One of the house's strengths is its practicality. It has :
- a garage at the rear of the house for storing garden furniture, beach gear, bicycles, etc.
- two parking spaces in front of the house.

It's also appreciated for its location, as everything is within easy walking distance:
- There's a large square in front, with children's playground and petanque court.
- 300 m from the Lajarrige shopping avenue (restaurants, bookshop, Carrefour City and SPAR, various stores).
- 700 m from the beach.
