This brand-new, contemporary 200 m2 wood-built villa offers a commanding view of the listed old village of VELAUX and the surrounding hills.
It is located 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and features a private swimming pool. The villa features a large, bright, air-conditioned living room in the living area, 4 bedrooms with fans and 2 bathrooms. Welcome to this new wooden villa, with a surface area of around 200 m2 spread over two levels. We've taken great care to decorate it in a contemporary style and laid out several quiet terraces for your utmost comfort.

On the first floor, you'll find a private entrance opening onto a large air-conditioned living room (since 2022) with direct access to the terrace. This room features a sitting area with sofa and wood-burning stove, a living area with large dining table, and a fully-equipped open kitchen with central island and high table. There is also a separate toilet.

The first sleeping area is also on this level and comprises an isolated study, two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a storage cupboard and fans. And a bathroom.

On the garden level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a storage cupboard, fans. Another bathroom and an English courtyard.

You can enjoy our secure saltwater swimming pool (unheated in winter) with direct access from the terrace.

For your convenience, we've equipped our villa with TV, Wifi, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc.

The entrance to the house is private and you can park several cars.

Our villa is ideally located for discovering Aix-en-Provence and Provence, whether with family or friends.

Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, i.e. 4 adults + 4 children or 4 couples. Sleeping arrangements are detailed above with 4 beds 160 x 200 cm.
