- RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS: arrivals from 4pm to 7pm, departures from 8am and before 10am.

The balance of your stay must be paid on arrival.
You will be asked for a security deposit (pre-authorization of 400 € by credit card).

As with the hotel, bed linen and towels are included, even in July and August!
However, cleaning is not included in the price unless otherwise stated on your reservation. The kitchen must be left in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. Fridge, hob, sink and crockery must be cleaned. Garbage garbage cans must be taken out. Floors swept. Tables, worktops and furniture cleaned. Only bed linen may be left as it is in the hotel.
The cleaning package must be taken out at least 48 hours before your departure.
The cleaning package does not include cooking or taking out the rubbish.

The kitchen is equipped with a classic filter coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and all you need for cooking and dining.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for outdoor dining.
Only one parking space per rental for a standard-size vehicle in the immediate vicinity of your rental is included in the rental price. Other vehicles are subject to a fee (deducted from the security deposit). They must be parked in the free "visitor" parking lot.
For obvious security reasons, visitors subject to a fee are only admitted to the site with the manager's agreement. Their vehicles are not allowed on site at any time.
All motorized vehicles are prohibited from 11pm to 8am. You must make your own arrangements if you wish to enter or leave Lac Saint Georges during these hours.
The free "visitor" parking lot is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the furthest
farthest away. Only residents and registered visitors are allowed to park there.

In the event of late arrival (after 7pm), please inform us. As we service the restaurant, it will be difficult for us to welcome you in the best conditions, so we ask you to respect this schedule as much as possible. Outside these times, if you would like the best possible welcome, we invite you to take out the "early arrival" option. We also offer a "late check-out" option.
