Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you in the commune of Montarnaud, this charming, very modern, air-conditioned house with swimming pool and jacuzzi, with a surface area of 287 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a 500 m² garden! Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 80 m² living room with sofa, dining area, table soccer, TV and large bay windows leading to the terrace

- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom, dressing room, TV and access to terrace.

First floor:

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, cosy, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- Terrace 1: 90 m² with table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers and an outdoor shower for those returning from the beach.
- Terrace 2: 80 m² upstairs
- Terrace 3: 90 m² upstairs
- A private swimming pool (8×4), heated, secured by an electric curtain and open from April 1 to October 31.
- Jacuzzi for 6 people, open from April 1 to October 31
- A 500 m² private enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Montarnaud, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Rent bikes to explore the surrounding garrigue or enjoy horseback riding just minutes from the house!
- Be sure to visit Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, a must-see in the region, as well as the fascinating Grotte de Clamouse.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's garage (1 vehicle) and private parking lot. (4 vehicles)

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The house is ecological and has a private micro-station.
- The residence is equipped with a Wifi alarm and smartphone sockets in every room.
