- In the immediate vicinity, you'll find all the shops you need, from the bakery to the supermarket just 5 minutes away, as well as the central market;
- The typical town center, cinema, harbor, cafés, restaurants and summer entertainment are all within a 15-minute walk, and the beach 30 minutes away.

Le Croisic and its fishing port are just 8 km away, with magnificent cycle paths for admiring the sea or surfing at La Govelle.
The medieval town of Guérande, with its market, stores and restaurants, is a 15-minute drive away.
The port of Saint-Nazaire and its submarine base are a 30-minute drive away.
