For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A beautiful 250 m² garden, private and unenclosed

The house is ideally located in Pleslin-Trigavou, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot in front of the house (3 vehicles maximum).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 25 km away (approx. 25 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 70 km (approx. 1 hour by car)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- The stove in the main room is not functional and should not be used.
- The stairs to the 2nd floor are not suitable for children or the elderly.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
