- The 4 bedrooms have queen-size beds (160×200) with en-suite shower rooms and covered terraces.

- 60 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A private swimming pool (8mx4mx1.4m), covered with electric shutter, heated and open from March to November (unheated in July/August). Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A beautiful 200 m² garden
- A first-floor terrace and a 45 m² ground-floor covered terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
- A 60 m² terrace on the 1st floor

The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the town and beaches.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot (4 spaces).
