Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Aix-en-Provence, we offer this charming 170 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 guests. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There's also a 1,500 m² garden to enjoy! Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

3 extra beds are available. 90 x 190 pull-out beds.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 30 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather

The house is ideally located in Aix-en-Provence, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can benefit from all the essential shops within a 15-minute walk, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Adorned with beautiful plane trees, it invites you to take a stroll: pleasant little squares, numerous 17th- and 18th-century town houses, charming fountains, pretty boutiques, lively café terraces, flower, fruit and vegetable markets reminiscent of the colors and fragrances of Provence.
