This T2-type house, with a 20 m² south-facing terrace, comprises :
- one bedroom with double bed ;
- two mezzanines accessible by ladders, each with a single mattress (80*190cm) - equivalent to 2 cabins for extra sleeping for 2 children / juniors.
- a bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a convertible sofa (extendable to sleep 2) for relaxing after a day's hiking.

One of the apartment's assets is its practicality:
- windows overlooking the courtyard ;
- flower-filled courtyard with palisade fence and south-facing wooden terrace, equipped with outdoor table and chairs.

It is also highly appreciated for its location:
