Nestled in a tranquil area, Villa Haven is the ideal retreat for those looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Algarve region.

Inside the villa, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The living and dining room overlook the garden, providing a serene space for relaxing and dining.

There are three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two bunk beds, and one with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a common bathroom with a bathtub.

The outdoor area is just as inviting, featuring beautiful gardens that surround the property, creating a lush, green environment. You'll love the BBQ area and the covered pergola with dining table, perfect for delightful outdoor meals. The private pool offers a refreshing escape, while the jacuzzi, available at an extra cost, provides the ultimate relaxation experience.

The property is within walking distance to a large supermarket and Slide & Splash water park. The Village of Carvoeiro with its lovely sandy beach, numerous shops and local produce market, Golf, tennis, horse riding, and stunning beaches are within easy reach by car.

Check-out schedule: 10:00

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 8 people.
The 9th to 11th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
