For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 400 may apply.
For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €300 / 400 may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
