For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 400 m² private enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 5 m² terrace at the front of the house

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot opposite the accommodation. Little used by outsiders. Parking spaces are guaranteed for up to 3 cars. A 150 m away, the parking lot of an old shop is accessible if needed.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 32 km (approx. 45 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint Malo 22 km (approx. 30 min by car)
