The villa boasts a private pool that can be heated for an additional cost, allowing for refreshing swims at any time of the year. Adjacent to the pool, a jacuzzi invites you to unwind and soak away your cares, available for use at an extra charge. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, perfect for basking in the warm Portuguese sun and enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the garden adorned with palm trees, creating a tranquil oasis that sets the tone for your stay.

Inside, the villa features 3 bedrooms (en-suite with shower) with double beds, 2 bedrooms (en-suite with bathtub) with twin beds, ensuring a comfortable and private retreat for couples or individuals. The sixth bedroom is a fun and functional space with three bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom, ideal for children or larger groups. Additionally, the villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring your stay is comfortable and connected throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Gather in the inviting living room, where plush sofas create a cozy space for conversations, movie nights, or simply unwinding after a day of exploration.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 16 people.
The 17th to 25th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
