With its diversity of landscapes between beaches, forests and marshes, the Sables d'Olonne region offers us a paradise for nature lovers to explore on foot, by bike or on horseback!

The house is composed as follows:
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- A bedroom with a 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds as you prefer
- A bathroom with an Italian shower, washing machine and dryer
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
- A large living room with a 140 cm sofa bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2-burner induction hob...) open to the living room.
- A south-facing patio as well as a west-facing terrace and garden, three outdoor spaces to make the most of the fine weather with the family.
- A utility room with a dishwasher
- A parking space.
- Wifi access.

Capacity: 5 to 6 people.

The Sables d'Olonne also offers all water sports, casinos, zoo, racecourse, museums...
not forgetting a visit to the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou.

Bed linen is included for all stays of at least one week.

- Rental of a set of 2 tea towels: €3/unit
- Bath mat rental: €3/unit
- Rental of bathroom linen (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel + 1 bath mat): €8/unit

End-of-stay cleaning can be done on prior request for a fee of €110
