It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 900 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 25 m² living room with double sofa bed (140 x 200) and wood-burning stove
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A private, unheated swimming pool (4.30x2.30x1.40), open from April to October.
- A beautiful 900 m² enclosed and private garden
- An 80 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Rumilly, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

A wide choice of water sports, mountain activities and festivities in Annecy and Aix les Bains, restaurants, museums, castles and cultures.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
