It features an attractive living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. You'll also enjoy a 300 m² outdoor area! Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The dwelling is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A bright 65 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area and terrace access
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Toilet block and separate WC

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4: 7-berth dormitory space, with 5 single beds (90×190), and a bunk bed (2 berths, 90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.

Outside :
- A private, heated swimming pool (8×4), secured by a shutter and open from April 1 to October 31. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Sun loungers are available.
- A 120 m² north-facing terrace around the pool, with garden furniture, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second 90 m² south-facing terrace with covered area.
- Kitchen area with barbecue

The house is ideally located in the heart of a small village, 10 minutes' walk from the port of La Roche-Bernard. You'll be able to relax in peaceful, pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are nearby, less than 5 min away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Other remarks :
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- To ensure the peace and quiet of your neighbours, we would ask you to avoid making any excessive noise.
- The semi-detached house is ideal for a quiet break, but is not suitable for parties.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions. The swimming pool is open until 8pm

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
