The villa has 2 floors: living room, kitchen and laundry are on the first floor, with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs (accessed by stairs).

- LIVING ROOM: Comprising sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, boudoir area and access to terrace and garden. Air-conditioned room.
- FULLY-equipped OPEN KITCHEN: hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee machine and dishwasher.

- BEDROOM 1: Comprising a Kingsize bed (180x200) and storage space. Air-conditioned room.
Private bathroom:

- BEDROOM 2: Double bed (140x190) and storage space. Air-conditioned room.
Private bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit with washbasin and mirror.

- BEDROOM 3: Comprising two single beds (90x140) and storage space. Fan in summer.

- BEDROOM 4: Comprising a single bed (90x140) and an extra bed (single bed can be folded out to make a double bed), cupboard and desk. Fan in summer.

- OUTSIDE: Landscaped garden with terrace and dining area, swimming pool (secured by alarm), kitchen area with barbecue and table, outdoor shower, pétanque and ping-pong area...

- Additional information :
- When you arrive, you'll be provided with: sheets, towels, a Welcome Kit (sponge, cleaning kit, garbage can bag and toilet paper), Hygiene Kit (soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower gel), 2 coffee pods (extra to be provided).

- Maintenance :
- The apartment, bedding and household linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
- We provide a pair of sheets and a large bath towel per person. Any supplement or damage will be charged. Please ask us in advance.

- Summer :
- In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, please make sure to remove as much sand as possible from your belongings and clothes/shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the showers!
- The use of towels supplied as beach towels is forbidden, and may be penalized by a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
