La Belle Vie is a beautiful, spacious villa with panoramic views of the castle and village of Tourrette-Levens, surrounded by lush green mountains. This perched Provencal village is 15 km (35 min.) from downtown Nice, and is also very close to Monaco and Italy. You'll appreciate the many activities on offer in the surrounding area. The villa has 3 levels. On the first floor, you'll find a vast living room with fireplace and dining table seating 10, a fully equipped closed kitchen, a bedroom with private shower room and toilet, and a guest toilet.

Upstairs, a workspace with 2 desks, two screens and a printer, ideal for telecommuting, and a second bedroom with private shower room and toilet.

Finally, on the garden level, you'll have the equivalent of an independent apartment with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living/dining room with direct access to the equipped terrace, garden and mosaic swimming pool.

On this level, you'll also find 2 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC; one of them is very spacious and can easily accommodate a couple and their child (a cot and high chair are available). The beds are of very good quality, with the possibility of transforming the 180cm beds into two 90cm beds.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned (the other rooms of the villa are not, but the villa also has thermal shutters to cut out the heat).

Parking for 4 to 5 cars is available in a private compound, and a charging point for electric vehicles is available.

For your security during your stay, we have a security camera located outside the main entrance, which is switched on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have 3 indoor motion-detection alarm systems, located at the main entrance, in the dining room and in the ground-floor lounge. This system can be used to take photos in the event of an intrusion. These devices are NOT activated during our guests' stay.

A deposit of 2000€ will be required before your stay. This is done via a secure link in the swikly system. You will not be debited and your card limit will not be blocked. It's a simple credit card imprint.
