It offers access to a nearby white sand beach, accessible via a small path below the residence, and is the perfect setting for a convivial and exceptional holiday.

Less than 5 minutes by car, you will find many popular restaurants, located near the town centre, which will delight your taste buds. In addition, the diversity of activities offered by the town of Saint-François, including a remarkable international golf course, will not fail to seduce you.

The villa is less than 2 minutes from the town centre, the International Golf Course and the Marina.

The 180 m² villa (+ 40 m² of covered terrace) built on 2 levels can accommodate up to 10 people.
