Check-in to a leafy sanctuary designed for accessibility! The Bayleaf, a refined 96 m² villa, comfortably accommodates up to four adults. The spacious living room, complete with cozy seating and a dining area, pairs with a fully-equipped kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. Step out onto your private terrace for picturesque views of meadows, the river, or the woods.

The villa features an adaptive entrance through a courtyard, ensuring easy access for those with mobility challenges. Inside, the master bedroom offers a double bed and an adapted bathroom with a luxurious island bath. The second bedroom includes two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Circulation paths within the villa and shared facilities are flat and accessible. While some forest paths may be challenging based on weather conditions, an access map is available to guide you. All restaurant and market entrances are also designed with accessibility in mind. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, board games, and books.

Located just 15 km south of Tournai and easily reachable from Lille, Brussels, Paris, and London, The Bayleaf is perfect for exploring hiking trails or indulging in massages and skin treatments. A multipurpose hall is available for meetings and seminars.

For convenience, the villa offers secure parking with electric car charging points and bike storage. Please note that resort roads are motorized-vehicle-free, but golf cars and bicycles can be rented. Fishing and swimming are not permitted. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know so we can ensure your requirements are met.
