- Bathroom with shower and bath, WC
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bench
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bench
- Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bench
- Bathroom with shower and bath, WC
