- A fully-equipped kitchen, including sink, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and numerous accessories (cutting board, cheese grater, utensils, frying pans, saucepans...);
- Bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin and mirror;

1st floor:
- A first bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) ;
- A second bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);
- A third bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm);

- Garage with washing machine, tumble dryer and children's toys;
- Fully equipped terrace with outdoor dining table for 6, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue and fully enclosed garden.
