The accommodation comprises :

The house is located in a dead-end street in a family neighborhood. The center of Plérin is 2.5 km away, and you'll find a variety of small shops, including a butcher's, delicatessen and bakery. For larger purchases, a Leclerc hypermarket is just 3 km away. What's more, the Langueux and Ploufragan shopping areas are just 8 km away.

Activities :
Enjoy the nearby beaches: La plage des Rosaires (2km), Martin plage (3.5km) and Tournemine (2.3km).
Ideal for water sports such as windsurfing and catamaran rental. Hike directly from the house on the GR34, also known as the 'customs path', which runs along the Breton coast from north to south. With over 2,000 km of trails, this hike will let you discover the richness of maritime Brittany: the Côte de Granit Rose, its sandy beaches and spectacular cliffs.

Explore Saint-Brieuc and its medieval architecture, with its half-timbered houses, then stroll through the small port of Le Légué, with its Celtic charm, friendly bistros and beer bars. Don't miss a visit to the medieval village of Binic, a lively seaside resort with a picturesque port. Finally, the Île de Bréhat, just a 47-minute drive from the pier, is a must-see getaway.
