On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), shower room with shower
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: bunk bed (2 beds, 90×190) and work area
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² garden, enclosed and private, with furniture
