Welcome to Villa Peace, a spacious and tranquil villa located in the peaceful parish of Pêra, ideal for those seeking comfort and serenity within a short drive of the beaches and main amenities of the Algarve. This property offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience, making it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, and an elegant dining room. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom, a common bathroom with a bathtub, and a twin en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

Upstairs, you will find a master suite with a double bed and a shower, a twin bedroom, and a common bathroom with a shower.

The exterior of Villa Peace is equally enchanting, with a large barbecue area and an outdoor dining table, perfect for relaxed moments with family and friends. The private pool is surrounded by green areas, providing a soothing space to enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the environment. There is also private parking for up to 5 cars.

From March 2025, guests will be able to enjoy even more luxurious amenities, including a heated pool, further elevating the level of relaxation and pleasure during their stay.

The villa does not accept pets. Group bookings are accepted upon request, with the majority of guests required to be 25 years of age or older.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Heated pool will always be an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A 2.9% booking fee, insurance, and archiving fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions.

Prices are for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional fee is charged, which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The administrative cost for date changes is €150.
