Superb family home, located on the Dordogne/Charente border, and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house consists of two floors, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and thus very suitable for 10 people.
It is not only the very luxurious furnishing, but especially the location near the river, plus a private pool, that makes this house so special! Just cross the street and you are at the river where you can kayak or canoe
There are supermarkets in Saint-Aulaye, Riberac and Chalais. In the village you will find a bakery and a restaurant. Aubeterre, Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux, Branthôme and Bergerac are well worth a visit. Adventure parks are in Poltrot and Saint-Aulaye

Remarks

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
