ROSE Vacances offers you this pretty new holiday home with modern architecture, in a district of Olonne Sur Mer called ‘Le Moulin des Roses’, 5 kilometres from the marshes, forest and wild coast of Les Sables d'Olonne.

This house can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

With its quiet, sunny, fenced garden, this house is the perfect place to get together with family or friends!

This property offers comfortable living spaces and a warm atmosphere.

The accommodation comprises a living room with two large sofas, a coffee table, a TV and WIFI, and a dining room with a table and 8 chairs for enjoying a good meal.
The living room opens directly onto the terrace and garden.
A functional kitchen equipped with all the essentials: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, waffle maker, crepe maker, coffee machine (Nespresso + filters), etc., and plenty of storage space. You'll be able to cook while keeping in touch with friends and family thanks to the open-plan layout that makes it easy to move around.

For sleeping arrangements, the house has two separate sleeping areas; in the first, you'll find a bedroom with two 90cm beds, bedside tables and a large wardrobe, and a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a wardrobe. Both have en-suite bathrooms with bath, washbasin and vanity unit, towel rail and hairdryer.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160) with bedside tables, wardrobe and TV, and an en suite shower room with shower, washbasin with storage unit, hairdryer, towel rail and WC. The final bedroom has a double 140cm sofa bed and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
There is also a utility room with all the necessary cleaning equipment, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Finally, the house has a garage that can be used to store any bicycles, for example.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant wooden terrace and a sunken garden, ideally located at the back of the house, in a quiet and fully enclosed area, a swimming pool with sun loungers for basking in the sun, the terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach or spending lovely summer evenings around a barbecue!
