Villa Alice offers two main bedrooms in the main house: an elegant double room with a private bathroom and a comfortable twin room. Additionally, an annex in front of the pool has two additional twin rooms and a shared bathroom with a shower, providing extra space and privacy for all guests.

The common areas are designed to maximise comfort and conviviality. The open-plan living room and kitchen are ideal for leisure moments and shared meals. Outdoors, you will find a charming porch with a dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals while taking in the view of the pool. A barbecue area is also available for your gatherings.

The entire property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment during your stay, regardless of the time of year.

Please note that Villa Alice does not accept young guests. Only groups where the majority of guests are 25 years old or older are welcome. Additionally, we do not accept pets. The accommodation is ideal for up to 8 guests, with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional guests if necessary.

Additional Information

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before proceeding with the booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Schedules and Rules

Check-in time: Saturday from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking fee, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions.

Prices

Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) and for small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The administrative cost for changing dates is €150.
