The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 85 m² single-storey air-conditioned house with private swimming pool for rent in the commune of Sillans-la-Cascade, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,500 m² garden in a very quiet residence. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1&2: with double bed (140x190), dressing room
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds, dressing room
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair + cot (provided free of charge), washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- Private, fenced-in swimming pool with alarm (dimensions: 3.77 x 6.27 m), heated on request at extra charge. The pool is open from April 1 to October 31, and heating is available from March to June and from September to the end of October.
- A lovely 1,500 m² garden, partly enclosed
- A 12 m² north-facing terrace with table and chairs
- A 10 m² south-facing terrace with table, chairs and barbecue

The house is ideally located in Sillans-la-Cascade, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Lac de sainte croix nearby ( rafting, canoeing, ...) and visits to all the little villages of the haut var with night markets.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot.

- Nearest train stations: Hyères or Aix-en-Provence, about 1h20 by car.
- Nearest airports: Marseille provence or Nice, about 1h30 by car.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Swimming pool: all children must be supervised by a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
