For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 3,500 m² unfenced garden, shared with another house, with a children's play area (swing, wooden teepee).
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace, with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol).

The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in very pleasant surroundings. It's a haven of peace, ideal for recharging your batteries in the midst of nature.
