The paved area of the property measures 120m2 and the lawn one 300m2. The property’s furnished porch measures 25m2 and is located in front of the pool; there is a part of the porch which is covered by a vine, giving a special charm to the area. In this porch you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your loved ones while you can practice your aim playing pool on the pool table at your disposal.
The kitchen is just off the dining room and you will be able to surprise your guests with your culinary creations using, among other things, the gas stove available to you.
