The house comprises a ground floor with a large living room comprising two rooms, a kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has three bedrooms, one of which has a single bed.

The swimming pool and social area are within easy reach and just a two-minute walk away.

Cantignergues is a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, part of the commune of La Livinière in the Hérault.
It's a very quiet place where peace and tranquillity reign.
There are plenty of things to do in and around the village, such as hiking or crossing the little river Cesse for the more sporty, cycling or simply relaxing by the large swimming pool or on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful views of the hills.
The on-site concierge is available if needed and offers activities for tenants of the hamlet
