And that's also ideal at Ikat SHort den Bonet: if you realise that you've forgotten something while shopping or you suddenly fancy a café con leche with the locals, you can simply walk quickly into the village.

This house radiates warmth, a cosy atmosphere. Natural stone walls and honey-coloured wood combined with light-coloured decorative tiles are simply unbeatable. This is particularly true of the well-equipped kitchen, which is the centrepiece of the finca; the separate cooking area with cooker and well-lit counter is particularly appealing. Here you can cook with love. A hallway leads to the laundry room and the covered terrace; in this corner there is also an additional bathroom with shower (as a guest WC or pool bathroom). Unusually long rooms give the living area a special touch. The rustic leather sofa is ideal for watching TV, you can quickly check your emails at the desk; the table in the window alcove invites you to read the newspaper in peace. If you like to go to the fridge at night or stay up late, you should choose the bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom with shower and a very special bed. A slightly steeper staircase leads to the top floor: three bedrooms (one with a terrace) share two bathrooms; the tiled bathroom with shower is a dream in blue. The carefully restored holiday home Ikat SHort den Bonet, a natural stone villa surrounded by tall palm trees, manicured lawns and agricultural land, is located just a few minutes' walk from Santanyi (approx. 500 m from the town centre) along a less frequented road. The 35 km stretch of coastline with particularly beautiful beaches is very close by: an ideal place for water and sun lovers.
