Alfabia offers the perfect retreat after a long walk through Palma's busy streets. A high hedge that guarantees privacy, a large pool with tiered decking, surrounded by manicured artificial grass - it's all about relaxation. Right next to the pool, a cosy, covered terrace is waiting for you to breathe some life into it. While the desire for a refreshing dip lingers in the outdoor shower, other hungry visitors can set about firing up the barbecue. Fresh fish and wine - what more could you want? And if you fancy more entertainment, you could try a round of darts in the evening. Above the pool, the villa has another roof terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding rooftops and mountains in the distance. A small bar, chic artificial rattan furniture, plenty of space and a great view - this is clearly the perfect place for an outdoor get-together. A tarmac driveway leads directly to the villa and there is ample parking space on the street in front of the house.
In the villa's open-plan living/dining room, you can spend cosy hours as a group. There is a sofa on one side and a dining table with sofa group on the other; in short, a variety of seating options make it easy to spend time together. Individual colour accents, subtle decoration and large windows create a pleasant atmosphere in this cosy room. If you want to avoid the sun or watch your favourite series, you are in good hands in front of the flat-screen TV or the artificial fireplace. In the next room is the kitchen: fully equipped, bright and, above all, with a large fridge for drinks, breakfast, etc. The layout of the bedrooms could be a real sticking point in this house. Who will hold their nerve and get the deluxe room on the first floor? Walk-in wardrobes, flat-screen TVs and an en-suite bathroom with access to the roof terrace - it's important that the lucky winner doesn't forget to leave their room every now and then. In total, the house has four double rooms (three of which are twin rooms), one single room and three bathrooms.
Alfabia, north-east of Palma, is a great starting point for numerous holiday activities: sightseeing, tasting tapas at the harbour, shopping for souvenirs, spending days at the beach. Creative types can visit the sound museum in Marratxí or Mallorca's largest arts and crafts exhibition Feria del Fang once a year in spring. Due to the town's central location, traffic noise can occasionally be heard. However, thanks to the good infrastructure, it is easy to reach other parts of the island. How about a day hike in the Tramuntana mountains, for example? Families often visit Aqualand in El Arenal or the incredible beaches nearby. Ciudad Jardin is only 8 km away and other pretty coves are not much further. The modern Villa Alfabia is located just over 7 km north-east of Palma de Mallorca, in the popular area of Pont d'Inca Nou, in the municipality of Marratxí. The island's capital is only 7 km away and the nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away. Palma airport can be reached in no time and the beautiful beach resort of Ciudad Jardin is only 8 km away by car.
