A well-kept garden with plenty of green lawns offers the best conditions for relaxing in style. Thanks to its location by the road, you can easily reach several destinations and you can do your shopping in the nearby village of Sa Cabaneta. Palma is around 20 minutes away by car. Various sandy beaches on the south coast, such as Cuidad Jardin, Cala Estancia or Es Penyo, are 12 to 13 km away.
