The building is constructed in such a way that the projecting roof provides various outdoor seating areas to shelter from the afternoon midsummer sun and the colder evening temperatures. The main terrace with a long dining table opens out onto the spacious 60 m² pool. On the other side, the pool area is bordered by an open pool house, which also houses an outdoor kitchen. The pool is also surrounded by beautiful nature, making the surrounding sun terrace the perfect place to relax after a cool dip in the refreshing blue water.

Some of the bed frames are handmade; the beds vary in size (some are French size at 1.50 metres wide, some are oversized at 2 x 1.10 metres). The three colourful bathrooms ensure that visitors do not have to queue for the shower in the morning. Two further guest WCs ensure complete privacy.

With its natural charm, the enchanting Villa Son Empar blends in wonderfully with its surroundings. Thanks to its proximity to the Tramuntana mountains, Pollença is a unique starting point for day trips, whether into the mountains or along the coast. You won't find mass tourism here. The pretty sandy beaches on the north coast of the island, such as Can Cap de Bou, Platja de Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenc, are characterised by their shallow access to the sea, making these beaches a favourite among families, in addition to their excellent water quality and fine sand. If you want to see even more unspoilt landscapes, a visit to the Parc Natural S'Abufera is a must: this wetland area is a nature reserve.
