Long driveway, four parking spaces, Mediterranean flora: Mosaiksteinvilla Koy has adopted the theme colours green, red and yellow, colours that can be found in nature and everywhere in this impressive holiday property. The well-maintained grounds with their large lawns offer a wide range of opportunities for sport and play. On a specially designed playing field you will find a football goal and a tennis net; two bicycles are also available for exploring. Others may prefer a drink in the gallery behind the pillars. The long balcony on the first floor, with its wonderfully comfortable lounge areas, deserves its share of applause and offers a front row view, but the players below have to compete with the view of the glittering bay and the peaks of the Tramuntana mountains. And if you get really sweaty out there, just hop under the outdoor shower and then into the beautifully curved pool at the back of the house; in the meantime, hopefully someone will have fired up the barbecue in the covered outdoor kitchen and put some proper burgers on the grill (the vegetarian option with fresh young vegetables is also a treat). And then everyone is looking for a place to rest, which shouldn't be a problem with eight sun loungers and a plot of over 8,000 m². Your family dog is also very welcome; Johann will be happy to let you use his kennel for your time here.
Have you only seen green so far?
Then follow us now into the decidedly family-friendly interior! Red curtains, cushions and table runners set dynamic accents against the warm yellow colour of the walls. If that doesn't bring some sunshine into the house... On the ground floor, the rustic kitchen with dishwasher and an adjoining dining room dominate the entrance area and allow you to let in the fragrant air from the garden; a few tulips adorn the bedroom down here, which has an en-suite shower room to complete the ground floor. There is also a washing machine for football shirts in the utility room. Upstairs you'll find three more dream locations (including a cosy twin bedroom, perfect for children), a bathroom with bath and shower and the panoramic first floor living room with large sliding doors to the terrace; with such impressive views from the lounge balcony, the TV will have to make do with its spare role. And since colourful butterflies love to fly, one of the double rooms with access to the outdoors is sure to be in high demand. You can't fulfil every wish, can you?
The children want to go to the beach (of course), dad is a keen golfer and mum really wants to put on her walking boots. Isn't there a picturesque little town nearby that everyone can visit?
How can you please everyone on this holiday? Ningún problema para la villa Koy: the (sometimes audible) Ma-3460 will take you wherever you want to go ... The small beach of Cala Ponset with its gently sloping shore and the pebble beach of Alcanada (near the golf course) with views of the island and the lighthouse of the same name are just two of the countless beaches along the kilometre-long bay of Alcúdia; the winding town centre of Alcúdia offers ice cream parlours, cafés and restaurants and in Pollença, just 13 km away, a hike up the Puig de Maria offers wonderful views of the peculiar hilly landscape of the Formentor peninsula. Koy could make the whole family happy! Close to the bay of Port d'Alcúdia, between Alcúdia and Alcanada, the slightly elevated, family-friendly Villa Koy overlooks the sea from its upper-floor balcony. It is only a few minutes by bike to the harbour, numerous shops, a bank, restaurants and outdoor cafés, all within a radius of 3 km. Other positive points are the proximity to the Alcanada Golf Club, the quick access to the beach and the excellent hiking trails that extend from Pollença across the La Victoria peninsula.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
